Predicted Analytics ("we", "us") operates the Predicted Analytics website and mobile application (the "Service"), which surfaces analytics on publicly reported trading activity in prediction markets. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address, and — if you sign in with Apple or Google — the basic profile identifier those providers return. We do not receive your password from social sign-in.
• Subscription information. If you subscribe, our payment processors (Apple In-App Purchase and/or Stripe) handle your payment details. We never see or store full card numbers. We retain your subscription status, plan, and renewal dates.
• Usage data. We collect standard analytics about how the Service is used (pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, approximate region derived from IP). This helps us improve the product.
• Support communications. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

What we do NOT collect

The market and wallet data shown in the Service is public, on-chain or exchange-reported trading activity — it is not your personal information and is not tied to your account. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and secure your account and subscription.
• To process payments and manage renewals through our payment processors.
• To understand usage and improve the Service.
• To send you essential service messages (e.g. account, billing, security).

Service providers

We share limited information with providers that operate the Service on our behalf:

• Apple — sign-in and In-App Purchase subscriptions.
• Google — sign-in, and Google Analytics for usage measurement.
• Auth0 (Okta) — authentication on the web.
• Stripe — web subscription payment processing.
• Railway — hosting infrastructure.

Each processes data under its own privacy terms and only as needed to provide its service.

Data retention

We keep your account and subscription information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account (see below).

Your choices and rights

• You can access or update your account information in the app.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time (via the App Store for Apple subscriptions, or your account settings for web subscriptions).
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
